We defined the non-negotiables as encompassing the most successful and iconic elements such as the logo, pinwheel, signature purple, and other key visual and verbal components. By collaborating with design, marketing, and leadership teams, we developed a comprehensive guideline and training materials to empower the creative teams and stakeholders to champion our brand identity, thus creating a legacy that solidified Wayfair's position as the unequivocal leader in the home furnishings industry.
